Corporate Description

Our Senior Living Campus is known as Tabor Hills, which is comprised of Independent Living patio homes that are owned and operated by the Bohemian Home for the Aged, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation. The Supportive Living Community is owned and operated by Tabor Hills Supportive Community, LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company. The Skilled Nursing Facility is owned and operated by Tabor Hills Healthcare Facility, Inc., an Illinois not-for-profit corporation. Bohemian Home for the Aged is the sole member of Tabor Hills Supportive Living Community, LLC and Tabor Hills Health Care Facility, Inc.
