About Us

Founded in 1894, as both an orphanage and home for seniors, Tabor Hills offers a senior campus in Chicago’s western suburbs. Situated on 52 beautifully landscaped acres are three of the finest senior living communities, including an Independent Living Community, Supportive Living Community, and Healthcare Facility, which offers sub-acute care and out-patient rehabilitation, along with long-term care.

COVID-19 Vigilance

We’re excited to share with our friends and clients that Tabor Hills has received Telligen’s Blue Ribbon in COVID-19 Vigilance Award and has been added to Telligen’s (state) 2023 Blue Ribbon in COVID-19 Vigilance Recognition List! Nursing homes on the recognition list have met designated criterion to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These include completing a preparedness attestation, achieving a staff up-to-date vaccination rate of at least 25% and resident up-to-date vaccination rate of at least 80%.
