Our skilled healthcare facility offers 24-hour personal care, skilled nursing for long-term care and dementia residents. Staff are dedicated to maximizing the independence of each resident, but available to assist with personal care, dressing, bathing, toileting and feeding, as needed.

Respite Care

Providing care for a loved one can be challenging and physically demanding. Tabor Hills can provide care for your loved one while you take time to rest, relax, or take a trip. Length of stay can be 3-30 days with no long-term commitments. Contact the admissions office for details 630-778-6677.
